How does Posera work?

Pick a pose from the in-app library, or share any photo into Posera from another app, and it's overlaid semi-transparently on your live camera. Line yourself up with the pose, adjust the overlay opacity, and take the shot. Photos are saved to your photo library in a Posera album.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and managed in your device settings: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Posera. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

How do I restore a purchase?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with, then open the upgrade screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. If your subscription doesn't come back, email us.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the Posera purchase.

The camera screen says camera access is off

Posera needs camera permission to take photos. Open the iOS Settings app → Posera and turn on Camera.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile (name and email) from your device — Posera has no backend server, so that is the only copy.
